uPA expression analysis in B-MUP-uPA mice by RT-qPCR. Liver and kidney tissues were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and heterozygous B-MUP-uPA mice (Mut/+) (n=3, female, 9-week-old). Mouse uPA was specific expression in the liver of heterozygous B-MUP-uPA mice and the level was higher than that in the wild-type.
Serum ALT and AST analysis in B-MUP-uPA mice. Serum was collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and heterozygous B-MUP-uPA mice (Mut/+) (n=10, male). Serum ALT and AST concentrations were normal in B-MUP-uPA mice at 3 weeks of age, but elevated and up to peek in 5 weeks. Indicating that occurs liver injury in B-MUP-uPA mice.
