      Gene targeting strategy for B-hPOSTN mice. The exon 2-24 of mouse Postn gene that encodes the full-length protein was replaced by human POSTN exon 1-23 in B-hPOSTN mice.

      Protein expression analysis
      Strain specific POSTN expression analysis in homozygous B-hPOSTN mice by ELISA. Serum was isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hPOSTN mice (H/H), serum was collected and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific POSTN ELISA kit. Mouse POSTN was detectable in wild-type mice (A). Human POSTN was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hPOSTN mice (B).
