Strain specific NKG2A expression analysis in heterozygous B-hNKG2A mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from WT and heterozygous B-hNKG2A (H/+) mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific NKG2A antibody. Mouse NKG2A was detectable in WT mice and heterozygous B-hNKG2A. Human NKG2A was exclusively detectable in heterozygous B-hNKG2A but not WT mice. (Monalizumab was used to detect the human NKG2A protein in WT and heterozygous B-hNKG2A mice)
