Strain specific analysis of LRRC33 gene expression in WT and the homozygous B-hLRRC33 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Lrrc33 mRNA was detectable in thymus of wild-type (+/+) mice. Human LRRC33 mRNA was detectable only in H/H, but not in +/+ mice.
Strain specific analysis of LRRC33 protein expression in C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hLRRC33 (H/H) mice by western blot. Lung were collected from C57BL/6(+/+) and homozygous B-hLRRC33 (H/H) mice. Human LRRC33 was detectable only in B-hLRRC33 (H/H) mice with species-specific anti-hLRRC33 antibody, LRRC33 was detectable in the lung of the C57BL/6(+/+) and B-hLRRC33 (H/H) mice due to the cross-reactivity of antibodies.
