Strain specific ITGAV expression analysis in heterozygous B-hITGAV mice by flow cytometry. Bone marrow cells were collected from C57BL/6 wild-type mice (+/+) and heterozygous B-hITGAV mice(H/+) and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-ITGAV antibody. Mouse ITGAV was detectable in wild-type mice and heterozygous B-hITGAV mice. Human ITGAV was exclusively detectable in heterozygous B-hITGAV mice.
