Gene targeting strategy for B-hCRTH2 mice plus. The BAC CH17-351D3, containing human PTGDR2 gene, was inserted into mouse genome randomly in B-hCRTH2 mice plus.
Human CRTH2 expression analysis in wild-type mice and B-hCRTH2 mice plus by flow cytometry. Blood were collected from wild-type C67BL/6 mice and B-hCRTH2 mice plus (10-week-old), and analyzed with anti-hCRTH2 antibody. Human CRTH2 was detectable in eosinophils, but not in neutrophils and B cells of B-hCRTH2 mice plus. Express similarly to human cells.
