mRNA expression analysis
Strain specific analysis of CB2 gene expression in wild-type mice and B-hCB2 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse CB2 mRNA was detectable in splenocytes of wild-type mice (+/+). Human CB2 mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hCB2 but not in wild-type mice.
