Phenotypic analysis of B-luc-GFP Raji.
A. Fluorescence microscopy imaging showed green fluorescent expression in B-luc-GFP Raji; B. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of B-luc-GFP Raji cells was significantly higher than that of the control group. The expression of luciferase was detected by Bright-GloTM luciferase Assay System.
Tumor growth and in vivo imaging of B-luc-GFP Raji cells. B-luc-GFP Raji cells (1x106) were injected by tail vein into B-NDG mice. Signal intensity and body weight were measured twice a week.
